Stress is a normal for most people and healthy for you at the right dose. It’s when there is too much stress that things start to go wrong physically, mentally and emotionally.

Cortisol is a stress hormone. It kicks in when we are stressed for a long period of time. It’s designed to keep us alive but it can have a negative impact on our health.
